Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Buffalo David Bitton gear, but if it's not a perfect fit, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of purchase. All original tags must be attached and items must be in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned denim, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
